Flexi FIL is a textured yarn which is designed to impart stretch to the fabric without the usage of spandex, latex or mechanical stretch in the yarn. The  stretch  in  the  fabric  is  required  for  comfort,  body  shaping fabrics, better fit of garment and better fit of fabric on sofa or car seat etc. Flexi FIL being  mono  component  yarn  does  not  pose  problems which are faced in those covering spandex. The fastness properties and touch  is  better  than those  for  fabrics  produced  using spandex  covered yarn. The  stretch  in  the  fabric  is  required  for  comfort,  body  shaping fabrics, better fit of garment and better fit of fabric on sofa or car seat etc.

PROCESSING GUIDELINES

- The stretch realization of the Flexi FIL fabric is dependent on fabric construction and the processing

- Speeds to be lower by 5%

- Operating tensions to be lower by 5%

- Avoid taut annealing of the fabric
