PROMOTERS:
The company has been promoted by Shri Madhu Sudhan
Bhageria, Purrshottam Bhaggeria and Madhav Bhageria
belonging to a reputed and well established business
family hailing from Distt. Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan and have
been settled in Delhi for more than 40 years. The
promoters had been engaged in the trading of Synthetic
Filament Yarns in the country and were the prime dealers
of all the major synthetic filament yarn manufacturing
companies like J K Synthetics, Parasrampuria Synthetics,
JCT etc. till the early 1990’s. The family
established its first manufacturing unit at Noida in the
year 1992-93 for manufacturing of Polyester, Nylon and
Polypropylene Monofilament yarns and the second unit at
Dadra in the year 1995-96 for manufacturing of Polyester
& Polypropylene Multifilament yarns.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
Filatex India is managed by an exceptionally strong
Board of Directors with hands on experience of the
Polyester & Polypropylene Yarn Industry. The day to
day affairs of the company are looked after by Shri
Madhu Sudhan Bhageria, Shri Purrshottam Bhaggeria and
Shri Madhav Bhageria.
The Board of Directors of the Company consists of the
following eminent personalities having expertise in
their respective fields:
Shri
Ram Avtar Bhageria (Chairman)
Aged 75, a Commerce Graduate of 1954 batch from the
reputed Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of
Delhi having industry’s experience of more than 45
years.
Shri
Madhu Sudhan Bhageria (Vice Chairman & Managing
Director)
Aged 50, is a B.Com (Hons) graduate of 1982 batch from
Shri Ram college of Commerce, University of Delhi. He
has involved in the management of the company since
inception and has played an active role in its growth
and development.
He is Secretary of Synthetic Yarn Manufacturers
Association, Surat and President of Small & Medium
Scale Polyester POY Manufacturers Association, New
Delhi.
Shri
Purrshottam Bhaggeria (Joint Managing Director)
Aged 48, is a B.Com (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of
Commerce, Delhi University and has also obtained Masters
Degree in Business Administration (1985) from S.C.
Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell
University, USA. He looks after finance and corporate
affairs of the Company. His other involvements include:

Shri
Madhav Bhageria (Joint Managing Director)
Aged 46, is a B.Com (Hons.) graduate of 1985 batch from
The Hindu College, Delhi University. He manages overseas
Western India operations of the company – Dadra
Plant and Surat/Mumbai Offices.
Shri
S P Setia (Director)
Aged 67, is a Bachelor in Science – Textile
(Hons.) with wide experience of the industry spanning
over four decades.
Shri
S C Parija (Director)
Aged 68, has obtained Master’s Degree in Political
Science from Allahabad University (1961) and Master’s
Degree (M.Sc.) in Fiscal Studies from University of
Bath, U.K. He has served with Central Government viz.
Commissioner of Income-Tax, Director of Income-Tax
Investigation and Commissioner of Income Tax, Director
General of Income-Tax Investigation, Delhi & NWR.
Shri
B B Tandon (Director)
Aged 68, was a member of Indian Administrative Service
since 1965 to 2001 and has worked in various senior
positions with the Central and State Government and
retired as Chief Election Commissioner of India. He
obtained his Masters Degree in Economics and LL.B from
University of Delhi. He also obtained CAIIB ( Associate
Certificate of the Indian Institute of Bankers) with
additional subjects of (i) Cooperation and (ii)
Industrial finance from Indian Institute of Bankers.
Shri
Vibhu Bakhru
Aged 43, is a B.Com ( HONS) from Delhi University
(1987). He also Obtained his LL.B from Delhi University
and Is a member of the Delhi BAr Association sinc 1990.
He is also a Chartered Accountant of 1989 batch. Mr
Bakhru is an eminent legal Expert.
